Hi, I’m Wanda

As a self-made Realtor and mother of twins based in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, my journey into the real estate industry began before the arrival of my twins. Recognizing the need for a fulfilling career as my children grew, I drew inspiration from my mother, who, as an immigrant to the United States at the age of 38, navigated the challenges of building a new life.

In the early days, my mother ingeniously monetized her time by working as a nanny while raising my sister. Fueled by a determination to re-enter the workforce, she pursued night school when my sister turned 3, leveraging her 12-year banking background to secure a position in payroll. With modest earnings, she not only provided for my sister and me but also extended her generosity to others in need.

My mother's unwavering belief in women pulling up their bootstraps and seizing opportunities became a guiding principle. Despite limited resources, she transformed humble provisions into thriving church communities, offering warmth, meals, and solace to hundreds for decades.

She first instilled in me the undeniable value of real estate as an immigrant parent. Acting as a mentor, she taught me the art of strategic real estate investment - the wisdom of buying low and selling high, embodying a genuine real estate idealism. My parents knew keeping their first home as an investment property would pay off over time. That a house was not just a home, but a potential economic security. Additionally, she provided insights into why committing to real estate can yield substantial financial gains over time. Embracing these foundational principles not only helped me grasp the concept of generational wealth but also ignited a passion for it. My hope is to impart these valuable lessons to empower you on a journey toward securing your own financial legacy.

Her life serves as a powerful example, instilling in me the conviction that I, too, can leverage my real estate expertise to empower women in building wealth and navigating their futures. Together, we can all rise, echoing the ethos that has driven my journey and continues to inspire me to make a meaningful impact.
